User Uploads and AI Processing

MaxAIStudios allows users to upload images and prompts to generate or edit AI images and videos. Uploaded content may be processed by third-party AI providers to deliver generation, editing, enhancement, and video creation results.

Your uploaded content and generated outputs may be temporarily stored or cached as needed to process requests, provide results, support app functionality, prevent abuse, or troubleshoot technical issues. Retention periods may vary depending on the feature, provider, and technical requirements.

Photos and faces in user uploads

If you upload images that include faces, we process those images only to provide the AI generation features you request (e.g. portraits, style templates, video transitions). We do not use uploads for biometric identification, face recognition databases, or advertising profiles. Images are transmitted to our cloud generation provider to produce your result, stored temporarily with your account to display your gallery, and deleted according to our data retention practices. You may delete your account at any time from the app.

Third-Party Services

MaxAIStudios may use third-party services to operate the app. These services may process information as necessary to provide their functionality. Examples include:

• AI model and generation providers for image editing, image generation, and video generation.
• Firebase or similar backend services for authentication, storage, database, crash reporting, diagnostics, and app infrastructure.
• Analytics services to understand app performance and usage trends.
• Payment and subscription services, including Apple App Store purchase systems and related payment infrastructure.

Third-party services may have their own privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies when applicable.
