MaxAIStudios ("we", "our", "us") develops and publishes the mobile game Bubbly Block ("the App").

2. Scope of this Policy

This Policy explains what information the App and its ad partner (Google AdMob) may collect, how that information is used, and your choices. It applies only to the Android version distributed via Google Play.

3. What information is collected

Source: AdMob SDK (Google)

• Data involved: Advertising ID (GAID); IP address and coarse location (derived from IP); App‑interaction events such as ad views and clicks
• Purpose: Deliver, measure and cap ads; combat fraud; comply with legal reporting

Source: Your Device (stored locally only)

• Data involved: Level progress, high scores, settings
• Purpose: Save game progress on your device only; no remote transmission

4. How the information is used

• Show ads – AdMob uses the data listed above to provide non‑personalised or consent‑based personalised ads.
• Operate the game locally – Progress is stored on your device only.
• Safety and compliance – Detect ad fraud and meet legal or Google Play policy obligations.

• Basis: Consent (for personalised ads) or Legitimate Interest (for non‑personalised ads)
• Notes: Consent dialog shown on first launch via Google UMP/AdMob consent flow

Region: Other regions

• Basis: Legitimate Interest
• Notes: Serving ads and securing the service

You can withdraw or change ad‑consent choices anytime via the in‑game Privacy Settings.

6. Sharing of information

We do not sell or trade any data. Information is shared only with:

• Google AdMob, to serve ads as described.
• Authorities if legally required (e.g., court order).

No other third‑party SDKs, analytics tools or cloud servers are integrated.

7. International transfers

AdMob's servers may be located outside your country. Google relies on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards for such transfers.

8. Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have the right to access, delete, or restrict processing of your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads. Use in‑game privacy settings or follow Android system instructions ("Reset advertising ID" / "Opt out of ads personalisation").

9. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have done so inadvertently, contact us and we will delete that data promptly.

10. Security & retention

• Local game data stays on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its storage.
• AdMob retains ad‑event data under Google's security policies.

We use industry‑standard encryption in transit for ad requests.

11. Changes to this Policy

If we add new features or partners that affect data handling, we will update this page and notify you in‑app at least 30 days before changes take effect.
